Walk forward, and you enter the formal living room, which has leather seating for 3 or more. This is the perfect place to socialize with others. Take a right and you enter the informal dining room / breakfast nook, which has seating for up to six people. Just off the dining area is the kitchen and informal living area. The kitchen comes with modern appliances, has plenty of countertop space, and is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you would need prepare a meal. The two-tiered central countertop acts as both workspace and as a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen overlooks the informal living room, which has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. There is also a small, third living room /den with sleeper sofa and TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, direct access to the pool deck, a walk-in-closet, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also another bedroom with a king-sized bed, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed (a full bed and single bed). All bedrooms have their own televisions. Highlands reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens.
