Each bed is in its own room separate from main TV living room and kitchen - two full sized bedrooms and daybed in sunroom.

Other things to note:
-Lawn maintenance comes each Monday morning. Please expect them if your stay includes a Monday.

-Do not park on lawn - septic tank is under ground.

Upon submitting a reservation request, please confirm that you have read and agree to the following house rules:

~ No animals.
~ We do not allow large gatherings, events or parties. Extra guests beyond the maximum occupancy of 6 for the home are not allowed due to septic tank limitations. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am in consideration of the neighbors.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Tampering with Wifi, locks, or any other equipment will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
