This is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa situated in the community of Windwood Bay in Davenport, extremely close to the I-4 and the Champions Gate Golf course.
This villa provides exceptionally spacious accommodation, with an outside pool area with no rear neighbors it includes a spa, a heated (optional) pool.
The master bedroom that is just simply huge leads off from an upstairs loft area with sofas and a television. The master bedroom, complete with a king bed and 2 seater sofa has its own en-suite bathroom with bath tub, walk in shower and twin basins.
There is also a queen master downstairs with an ensuite bathroom splitting the two living areas. With an open plan kitchen and dining area this is a traditional Florida 2 storey villa.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
