Laundry room, W/D, dishwasher. Two Dens. Foosball table, 3 Bedrooms bunks are full-size beds. Complete Large eat-in kitchen upstairs, large kitchen table and bar area with 4 stools. Beautiful Mini kitchen downstairs. Screened in balcony and open balcony areas, new gas grill. An awesome seating area and fire pit newly landscaped and 3 kayaks to enjoy!
No pets of any kind allowed in house or on-premises. No Smoking is strictly enforced inside or outside the premises. Any Violation of the above will result in loss of security deposit and immediate termination of rental. The trash fee is listed as an administrative fee of $50 and is fully refundable if all trash is removed from premises at time of checkout and inspected by housekeeping.
