We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
We use an electronic bluetooth key. You will download an app onto your smart phone which you will use as your key to lock and unlock the house. This is much more secure than handing each guest a physical key. This prevents any previous guest from gaining access to the home.
We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property (front desk may charge $10/package or more to receive package for you) but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
