This property is truly one of a kind with its stunning views of the serene and tranquil Canyon Lake. Located half a mile from Canyon Lake's boat ramp 2, which is perfect for boating, fishing, or kayaking. You will have a blast in this spacious open concept living space with family and/or friends, it even has a wood burning fireplace for winter visits. We have a large dinning table that easily seats eight people so you can all gather and make memories. We have a firepit downstairs where you can make smores. Our upstairs porch features a gas fire pit, Kamado grill/smoker and a Roku enabled TV so you can enjoy your favorite sports/TV while cooking and enjoying the view. Kitchen, living and dining have a wonderful view of the lake. The downstairs master bedroom has a great view as well. All the bedrooms, the living room and outside porch have TV's with Roku so you can access your favorite streaming services. We have a contactless check-in with a keypad code for the door. This is a three bedroom, two and a half bath house. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room and a futon (suitable for small children only) in one of the queen bedrooms. The kitchen, dining area, living room, main deck and two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms are all located upstairs, along with the front door. You enter the house on the upper level then walk downstairs to the master bedroom. Well trained dogs are welcomed to tag along too!
