Trash day is Monday and Recycle day is Tuesday and the bins are located outside. When needed, please take out the trash to the bin. If bins are full, please use large trash bags from the kitchen to place bags on the curb.
Pool is cleaned weekly on Mondays. If you would like us to clean an additional day during your stay, we can do so for an additional $45 fee.
Also, If you are going to be heating the pool, it takes an average of 2 days to heat fully and will be an additional $39/Day charge due to the intense demand for electricity and increase on our utility bill. Please mention to us if you plan to heat the pool. If the pool is heated without paying the daily rate, then you will be subject to a fine of $156 (the daily pool heat rate X 4 days)
