Walking distance to beach(4/10 mile), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and Shipwreck Island Water Park! We provide a fully furnished home including beach chairs and beach toys! Our home is spacious and nicely decorated. We have a covered front porch and rear patio sitting areas for relaxing after a great day at the beach. The gated community also has 2 pools and playground. Minimum rental age is 25.
