Take a step back in to simpler times. Your family and friends will love this 1950's Fisherman's cottage charmer - a little hidden gem in OBX! The property has been painstakingly renovated to bring back the good ol' days while providing guests with all the amenities of home.
We're dog friendly - WOOF! We do have a two dog maximum policy (no cats, please!), but no additional pet fees. Located across the street from a beach access, the two bedroom, one bath cottage sits on a semi-oceanfront lot. The building has been lifted so you can enjoy views of the sound, catch beautiful sunsets, and watch kite-boarders in the distance. Other property features include WIFI, flat screen TVs (3), a well-stocked kitchen, and a fire pit.
One of two cottages on site, the property is a part of one of the few cottage courts still existing in Nags Head.
There is a two-dog maximum, we do not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. This unit is not handicap accessible. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.
