Enjoy this 4-bedroom 2-bathroom Relaxing Home with a Heated Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub. That is in the perfect spot for Sky-Diving, Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, Golfing, and Relaxing on the Beach. Close to many great Restaurants and Bars right on the Indian River Lagoon. The quiet neighborhood is great for walking and biking. Just an 8-minute car ride away from the Indian River Lagoon, Capt Hirams and Earls Hideaway 15-minute drive to local beaches. We will be charging $ 10 dollars a day to heat the pool. Please let is know if you would like to turn the pool heater on before your arrival as it does take 6-8 hrs to heat up.
