The Space:
You will find all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay including Wi-Fi, adjustable A/C, keyless entry, 2 dedicated parking spots behind the privacy gate, and more.
The private bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and the bathroom has a fully stocked, full size stand up shower.
You’ll also find two pull down twin Murphy beds in the living room with ladders to climb up into the beds.
In the kitchenette you’ll find a sizable retro refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, 2-burner stove top, sink and stocked dishes for four people. Enjoy k-cups provided for the Keurig or take a quick drive over to Starbucks. Or our favorite option, try our local coffee shops: “Foxtail” or “Cups and Pups.”
Guest Access:
Keyless entry is provided for an automated check in experience. The shipping container is located in the backyard with a dedicated driveway and tall privacy fence around the entire listing - parking, shipping container, and deck with hot tub, pergola, and grilling area.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Orlando’s safe, family-friendly College Park neighborhood, only minutes from Downtown Orlando, Amway Arena, Camping World Stadium, and Winter Park. Disney theme parks are a short 25 minute drive, along with Seaworld, Universal, Mall of Millenia, and the popular International Drive. New Smyrna beach and Cocoa beach are only a short 45 min drive away, easily making that a fun day trip.
Getting Around:
There are two private parking spots behind a privacy fence for your stay. You can easily take a 15 min walk to Downtown College Park’s Main Street, Edgewater, with many restaurants and shops. Publix, our grocery store, is 1 mile away.
