Summary: Went to universal with my 15 year old son and his two friends and this hotel had no hangups…. Everything went very smoothly from arrival to departure. The room was spacious and comfortable and to my surprise our beds were made daily! The best part for me is the ease of shuttle service from the hotel to parks. The shuttles run often and it’s a short trip which just makes the whole experience far more enjoyable. Hard to beat this hotel!
