This newly refinished and updated home on the island features nice sized screened in pool and all new furniture, electronics, kitchenware, linens, beach towels, window treatments and more. Beautiful lifeguarded beach and boardwalk 2.5 blocks at the end of our street. Please note this is a 28 day minimum stay property.
Bright, open and airy, the home has Terrazzo floors throughout, updated windows with plenty of light from the front and back yards, and spacious common areas.
The property sits on 1/3 of an acre with a large, newly sodded yard. Mature trees and plantings provide excellent shade and privacy.
The pool is screened in with large trees and plantings surrounding it providing plenty of privacy.
An adjacent covered porch is appointed with seating for 12 and a counter abutting the kitchen windows. Just outside the porch is the grill.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator with French doors and a large freezer drawer on the bottom, a double oven, electric stove-top, double-sink, dishwasher, new Keurig coffee-maker with reusable filter, Vulcan blender and a 2-seat breakfast nook. Along the length of the countertop are windows overlooking the porch, pool and backyard.
The bathrooms feature refinished tile designs throughout and new fixtures.
Dining area has table and seating for six.
Living area has brand new leather sectional and chair seating 6, and new 65" Smart TV with Bose speaker system.
Bedrooms have brand new beds, bedding, linens and plenty of drawer storage, featuring a walk-in principal bedroom closet and ensuite bath.
The family room features an office for 2 with 2 work areas. All you'll need to bring is your laptops. A 27" monitor is available for use at the first work area. A 32" curved monitor is available at the second (which could also be used for a great gaming experience). The room is also designed for flexibility, and can function in any combination as office, game / play room, or bedroom.
As a bedroom, the room has privacy via closing sliders and blinds throughout. It also features a new daybed that can function as a twin or king bed, both with storage underneath.
The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 and features a queen bed and a daybed twin plus ample storage in a large closet plus dressers.
In the one-car garage, you can also find two beach cruiser bicycles and beach gear such as a shade canopy, coolers and chairs. The shady driveway provides ample space to park two additional vehicles. All bicycles and beach gear are provided "as is".
The utility room is outfitted with a full-size washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and beach towels.

Take the 5-minute walk walk to the beach early in the morning and witness the beautiful sunrise, dozens of pelicans and ospreys hunting for breakfast, sea turtle nests and plovers dodging the breaking waves.
In fact, leave the car and walk to shopping, restaurants, the Vero Beach Art Museum, and Riverside Park, featuring Riverside Playhouse and Riverside Marina where you can rent equipment for kayaking, boating and fishing.
