The area has everything you need to feel like you are in an amazing neighborhood. We are located near the Italian market where Rocky once ran down the street in the famous movie "Rocky". We also have dozens of restaurants, bars and lounges to choose from all within walking distance. You can also shop for fresh vegetables and fruits one block away at the Italian Market. The subway is also nearby on Broad Street and takes you to Center City in 6 minutes or southbound to the stadiums and airport transfers.

This apartment was just created and designed with all the amenities you need for your next trip to Philadelphia. Located on the upper 3rd floor, as you walk in, you'll find yourself in a chic living room with a flat screen tv and futon positioned for movie nights and Netflix/HULU evenings. The couch also opens up into a nice comfortable futon that sleeps 1 and we provide extra pillows and blankets if needed. We have a quaint dining area that seats 2 with a tall dining table which you can also set up as a work-station if needed.
The kitchen is directly connected and fully stocked with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, fridge and freezer. All cooking utensils are also included as well as pots, pans and dishware. You only need to bring your food and drinks.
The bathroom has a shower and tub set up, vanity, mirror and toilet. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water pressure.
The bedroom is nicely designed with a full size comfortable and plush bed with extra pillows and linens. We have a ceiling fan for extra fresh air, AC and closet space. There is a work-station uniquely created for those times when you need to hunker down and get some work or studying done.
Yes u can walk to the subway stop on Broad st and Lombard st. You can also walk pretty much everywhere of interest from here.
