One of One Particular Harbour's finest! Beautifully furnished with a nautical flair, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit will give you all the comforts of home. The screened lanai overlooks the lagoon for peaceful bird and nature watching and gorgeous sunrises every morning.
This lovely condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and also includes a coffee station for your morning brew.
The kitchen, dining room and living room is a large open space where all family and company can be together in one place. There are two master suites and one added guest room. Master suite #1 has a king sized bed and has views of the lagoon. The second master suite has a queen bed and the guest room has a full, as well as a pull out loveseat. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room complete with DVD and if needed, a sleeper sofa. There are also flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with a bonus gaming station, DVD and board games in the guest bedroom. Complete WiFi and four beach chairs are also supplied for added convenience.
One Particular Harbour is a unique, inviting and lovely resort, with a tropical pool area, barbecue area and for the smaller ones a spash and play and "tot lot." The entire resort is gated for the safety and privacy of all owners and guests.
Just a short distance to Anna Maria Island and its beautiful white, sandy beaches, eateries, shopping and the complete Island experience.
Minimum Stay is five nights, a week or more. Monthly rentals will also have access to Harbour Isles which includes a Waterfront Beach Club, Private Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Sky bar and other amenities.
