Zoie's Abode is one of our Poochella Villas vacation rentals that supports animal rescue. 20% of proceeds from Zoie's Abode is donated to the Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) located in Lynnwood, WA. PAWS rescues and adopts out cats and dogs, as well as rehabilitates injured wildlife.
Zoie's Abode is a spacious 1642 sq ft end unit townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The entire unit just finished a complete modern renovation with a chill, beachy, doggy vibe. It comfortably sleeps 8, with 1 primary suite on the first floor, and a 2nd primary suite upstairs along with 2 additional bedrooms. The home has a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 roku tvs, wireless internet, and a private patio. The gated community offers a pool, lighted tennis court, clubhouse, exercise room, and playgrounds.
Please note the home has 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the home, but outside of those 2 spots there is no other overnight parking available inside the complex. There is guest parking available at the clubhouse for day use only.
Conveniently located less than 10 miles from Disney, as well as near SeaWorld and Animal Kingdom (12 miles), and Universal Studios and Volcano Bay water park (15 miles). Restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, and other activities also are located nearby.
Policies:
Up to 2 Dogs welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $100. The community has a weight limit of 35 pounds. Dogs must be crated if left unattended, crates not provided.
No smoking of any type allowed inside or on the patio.
No events or parties. A maximum of 8 guests over the age of 2 are allowed to stay in the home.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
