This luxury resort home in the highly desirable west-side of Reunion Resort has undergone a complete renovation as of February 2021. No expense was spared when creating the wow-worthy themed rooms with smart electronics that will make both kids and adults feel like they're having a one-of-a-kind getaway.
The garage has been outfitted as a high-end theatre room with an 86” screen, multiple rows of luxury leather recliners, led lighting, custom murals, air hockey, and Sony Playstation, with wireless controllers.
The upstairs features a wizard-themed loft with a foosball table and flatscreen smart tv along with bar seating. Kids will gush over the two highly curated themed bedrooms! The first is a princess room with a custom-built Ice Castle bunk bed complete with stairs and a slide, and a space-themed room that will have your kids feel like they're inside a starship!
The other three bedrooms have brand new king-size beds and luxury mattresses with all new furnishings. All five bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and are outfitted with flatscreen smart TVs and cable channels.
The fully equipped luxury kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, upgraded granite countertops, and seating for six at the brand-new kitchen bar. The open-concept space has a separate dining area with seating for eight and a large sofa sectional with flatscreen tv.
Two large sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious pool deck with resort-like lounge chairs and umbrellas. The large pool with child's safety fence and spa back onto conservation with golf course behind it. There are a built-in outdoor gas BBQ grill and outdoor table with seating for 6.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest's responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue as required.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat.
