Summary: Great location, we felt very safe and 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Owner was very quick with communication and quickly addressed anything that we were not sure of. There were a few things we thought were missing and would recommend adding as follows: pot holders, cookie sheet, tin foil, saran wrap, plastic containers to store leftovers, more toilet paper, kleenex, more bathroom liquid soap, additional silverware, t-towels, lower stools for island, and cutting board. Would have been nice to have 2 key fobs but understand they can be expensive. Also had to go to the nearby 7-11 to pick up key fob and drop off again when we were leaving, not a big inconvenience. Would be nice to see if they set up a recycling program as hate putting cans etc. in the garbage. These are just little things that we thought would be good for future renters.
