New sofa sleeper and loveseat being delivered August 4, 2018. This is a dream vacation home. Situated in Country Creek Estates in Kissimmee Florida this estate home sits on a quarter acre pie shaped lot. Behind the home is shingle Creek that stretches to Orlando. On the other side of the river is a conservation area with lots of animals that can be seen frequently. The home is located 7 miles from the disney gate. The home has been totally renovated. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bathroom has a deep tub for soothing baths. There is also a large shower and his/her sinks. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new Simmons beauty rest mattress. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and mattress as well. The third bedroom has two twins. There is also a queen pull out in the living room. 8 guests will be very comfortable. Please call for last minute specials which is any time within a month of the current date. The pool area has 4 sun chairs and a patio table with chairs. The home is situated approx 25 minutes to Disneyworld and just a few more minutes to Universal. There are two dinner theatres (Mideaval times, Capones) just 5 minutes away. Outlet shopping (premium Outlets) is just 20 minutes away. There is a supercentre Walmart just 2 minutes away for all your grocery shopping.
