Your private pool is a unique saltwater combination that is becoming more and more popular with vacationers, the kids are sure to find fun for water play, the pool deck is ready and waiting with comfortable furniture for relaxing, sun-loungers for the sun worshipers and even a mini bar to take the party outside, the area is completely fenced and has a large back yard for plenty of fun for everyone, at the side of the home you will find a paved BBQ area.
Local amusements are near enough to enjoy with ease, while still being just far enough away to offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of Orlando's tourist corridor when you just want to enjoy "home".
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on the premises, there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
NOTE:
This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge
