This third-floor condo, located on the no-drive portion of New Smyrna Beach, offers a stunning ocean view and invites families to experience the charm of the Atlantic coast. Enjoy a front-row seat to Florida's sherbet-colored sunrises, watch dolphins play in the waves each morning, run and splash along the shoreline, and hunt for crabs in the evenings. The no-drive beach provides a quieter, safer environment that's perfect for children.
This inviting two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps four adults and two children—making it the perfect spot for a fun-filled beach getaway. Conveniently close to restaurants and local amenities, it offers a plush living area with a cozy sofa and chair-and-a-half, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. A large Smart TV is ready for movie nights, and the cabinet is stocked with board games and cards for family fun.
The remodeled kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials, whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a full family feast. From mixing bowls and measuring cups to a drip coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender, four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, the space is fully equipped for everything from quick snacks to baking with the kids or grandkids.
The owner's suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a dedicated Smart TV, and a large window with views of the pool and the beach beyond. A door opens to the private balcony, where you can enjoy the expansive common area: two large pools, two smaller children's pools, a clubhouse, oceanfront deck, and shuffleboard courts, with the Atlantic stretching just beyond. The clubhouse also provides public space and shuffleboard equipment for guests to enjoy.
The guest bedroom is equally welcoming, with a queen-sized bed for two adults and twin bunk beds for two children. A row of hooks provides handy storage for clothes or towels, making it a perfect retreat for guests or kids to relax away from the main living space.
Unit 310 is not just another beach rental—it's a family-owned, personally designed home. For that reason, we do not allow pets, smoking, or vaping of any kind.
