A fully air conditioned 3 bedroom townhome, with 3 full bathrooms, this very nice townhome is located just inside the gate of Crestwynd Bay, a gated community just minutes from US192, and Disney World.

My Home Away sleeps 8 people comfortably, housing 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 pull out Queen sofa. The owners have tried very hard to make the home feel like a home away from home, hence the name, and not just feel like another standard vacation rental, and we think they succeeded.
The bedrooms consist of the Master with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, and another 2 Queen size bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, with a full bathroom located next door. This is a great feature and very popular with families. There is a third full bathroom on the second floor landing. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and upgraded cable package.
The main living area boasts a 50 inch flat screen television, with a DVD player too!. The room has a large pullout sofa and a chair, and is decorated in stylish mahogany tones that offer a classy and relaxing appearance. Incidentally, this home enjoys high-speed WIRELESS internet access, which is complimentary to guests, and all calls to the US and Canada are free of charge as well..
The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, waste disposal. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all Evergreen homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
There is a separate dining area with seating for 6, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, a great feature for a vacation home.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a small South East facing patio, which offers the rays of the Sun for most of the day. You can even see some of the fireworks from Disney here on an evening so look out for that.

Crestwynd Bay;
Crestwynd Bay is a superbly situated resort, just 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, and very close to the vast array of shops and restaurants on US192, right in the heart of the tourist area.
The question we are asked the most is, 'how far is this home from Disney World?'. With Crestwynd Bay the answer is simple, you can see the fireworks from the resort!. It doesn't really get much better than that unless you stay on Disney Property, but just try and get this kind of space, for this kind of price!.
Our list below shows the distance to all the areas major attractions. You will see that everything is in easy reach, so when it comes to location, Crestwynd Bay is very hard to beat which is why it is so popular.
There are several great golf courses very close to Crestwynd Bay too, including Mystic Dunes, just a few minutes walk away, the Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive away, and the beautiful course at Celebration about 15 minutes away.
There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby as well, with a host of restaurants within easy walking distance and a Walmart Supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.
Crestwynd Bay remains surprisingly quiet and has retained all it's charm despite the development in this very popular area, and that is part of the appeal for travelers who come back here year after year and would not stay anywhere else. The resort really is full of some of the nicest town-homes you could wish to see, and My Home Away is certainly one of those.
