This is a large family villa whith a very high standard of furnishings. Air con and Wifi throughout the villa. Located on the peaceful community of Winward Cay, just minutes from Disney. Relax in the family room with comfortabe sofas and a large screen TV. There are plenty of ceiling fans around the villa, complimenting the much needed air conditioning to stay cool after enjoying the Florida sunshine. The kitchen is fully equpped with every appliance you would ever need. There is both a dining room and a breakfast bar area which overlooks your private pool. The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedrooms. Plenty of entertainment is provided with a TV in every bedroom, Blu-ray DVD player and Bluetooth speaker, and a large selection of movies and books for both adults and children to enjoy. The large private pool is secluded from other properties and backs on to a private conservation area with shrubs and trees beyond. For our younger guests; a highchair, travel crib, stroller and stair gate are provided. The games area provides additional entertainment opportunities for all of the family, which comes fully equipped with a 7ft pool table, air hockey, foosball, table tennis and a soft tip darts board. For bookings of 14 nights or more we can usually waive the clean fee, please enquire before booking.
