Cypress Landing Villa is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa set on a large corner plot. It has a swimming pool and hot tub/spa in a totally secluded rear yard/garden. Brand new pool dining set to comfortably sit 6 to spend time by the pool at mealtimes.
It has been totally refurbished, and fitted with brand new furniture to provide you with a wonderful home from home, as you spend your family vacation in Central Florida. There is high speed wi-fi provided, free of charge.
We have just fitted a brand new pool heater and management system to ensure that you can relax after a long day, in the warm bubbling waters of the hot tub.
We are located near the very popular Champion s Gate are, which is full of restaurants and shops. It also provides easy access to the I4.
The main bedroom (with en-suite) is on the ground floor level, with easy access for anyone with limited mobility.
Downstairs :-
Dining Room - Large Counter Height table to sit seven persons.
Kitchen - Fully fitted with integral Dishwasher, oven & stove, and microwave oven. It also has a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Kitchen table sits a further four people, with a view out of patio doors onto pool deck.
Lounge - Comfortably furnished to sit eight people in comfort, with tasteful decor. 50" Smart 4K flat screenTV with Blu-ray player with cable tv package and telephone.
King Bedroom - King Sized Bed with large chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets/night stands, and access/view onto pool deck through patio doors. 39" Smart flat screen TV with cable package and telephone . Hair Drier. Double walk in wardrobes, and access to :
En-Suite Bathroom 1 - large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bath and separate large shower.
Half Bathroom - Toilet and sink next to access to garage via :
Laundry Room - Large Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
Double Garage with Dartboard, and room for two cars.

Twin Bedroom 1 - Two twin beds with bedside cabinet between, 32" Smart flatscreen TV on unit with Play Station 4 (Please feel free to bring your own games and Blu-rays/DVDs) and large wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds with bedside cabinet between, large chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
Bathroom 2 - large bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bath and shower.
