Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Relax on the screened patio with a 16x32 ft private heated pool, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. The heated hot tub is available all year, hot tub where heating is included with the reservation but pool heat is not included in the reservation, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days at the parks. Enjoy a charcoal or electric BBQ grill and take in pool views from the shaded seating area. Weekly pool maintenance is provided, and guests have access to nearby resort amenities such as tennis courts, a splash pad, playground, and clubhouse.

Cook and share meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Whirlpool gas stove, GE refrigerator, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.
