A wonderful Three bedroom/Den for 4th bedroom/Two bathroom home with its own private pool set in the quiet residential community of Westridge which is only 15 minutes from Disney. This house has a family room with sliding doors out on to the pool deck, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen with an open floor plan.
Westridge is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4 on Hwy 27. Westridge is a great community with free use of the Community Pool, Playground, Lit tennis courts, and Basketball & Volleyball courts.
Our backyard is completely private with an open field in the back. You can swim at night with the lighted pool. 3/4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 People. FREE BBQ grill for your use.
Our house sleeps 8 very comfortably. The house comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and more. We have a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board for your use. The Master suite has a King bed and its own bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower with access to the pool and covered lanai The other two bedrooms have a Queen bed and a pull out couch that turns into a bed. Two twin beds with a shared bathroom. We have a Pack and Play crib and high chair available for your use (there is a fold away stroller too). We have three TV's for your use.
What you see is what you get! Our Guest reviews are great and we have many guests that come back year after year. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of your day at DISNEY.
We also have free WIRELESS INTERNET so bring your laptop and keep in touch. We have central air conditioning throughout the house. There is a Gas grill for your use when you are there.

There is a large Publix supermarket a mile down the road and many different restaurants or take out places. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penny, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more. Westridge is just off Hwy 27 and is located conveniently for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive. Close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course highly regarded and is open to the public year round. Champions Gate golf course is also within 2 miles of the house.
Check in time would be after 4:00 pm and check out is by 10:00 am the day of departure. The house will be cleaned on the day of your arrival and when you leave. Please try and keep the house in the same condition as when you arrived.
Relax and Enjoy a whole house instead of a paying more for a single hotel room. This is our very own private house and we have no rear neighbors.
This is a Non-Smoking house and sorry but pets are Not allowed. You MUST be 25 or older to rent this house.
