4 Bedroom House in Weston Hills, Clermont
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with sliding patio doors to the pool area. This holiday home consists of one en suite master bedroom with King size bed, one Queen bedroom and two additional bedrooms with full size beds and a bonus twin bed in one of the bedrooms, with two additional bathrooms, one leading to the pool deck. There is also a fully functional dining room, living room, large family room, well equipped kitchen, utility room and dining nook.
We offer a large sundeck, sun loungers, tables, chairs, and covered patio. All providing ample opportunity to take full advantage of the beautiful Florida climate or indulge in a little al fresco dining. The pool has a safety fence and is private to the back and side overlooking the pool area.
The home is minutes from Disney Parks, as well as other famous Orlando area attractions. Shopping and dining are also nearby. Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches are approximately an hour’s drive away.

There is an additional cost for heating the pool.
NOTE:
This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking inl. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bring your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages.
