Additionally, there is a fun loft room equipped with games, and a TV. The loft room also includes a couch for additional guests. Each bedroom is adorned with unique themes and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.
For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
� You may send packages to the home during your stay. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
POOL HEATER:
� We offer pool heating for an additional $35.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90� (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
� Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
� Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
