Positive: the house was clean, and in a great location. very close to Disney. the two bathrooms were a plus. it was quiet. the washing machine was also a plus. beds were comfortable. not bad for it's value.

Negative: the property had considerably damage to it-floors, toilet paper holder ripped off wall, the blinds, broken/chipped dishes in cupboard. there were no beach towels for the pool, or hand towels or bathmats. ceiling fan in TV area did not work. dining chairs had broken legs. when we arrived at 9pm the AC was off, it was 89 degrees inside. we wanted to get right to bed but couldn't for several hours while the house cooled down.

Summary: good home base for disney
