🌴 Spacious Accommodations: With ample room to spread out, our home comfortably accommodates large families or groups, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.
🏡 Home Layout: This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms with queen beds, and two full bathrooms. Total guests allowed is 8. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night.
Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, and regular coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary (laundry detergent/softener is not provided).
🏊 Inviting Pool Area: Dive into the large, 7ft deep, private, sparkling pool, ideal for fun-filled days under the sun. Whether you're lounging on the deck or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area is the heart of relaxation. Our Heated pool allows you to enjoy our amazing pool/oasis all year round. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our heated pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.
The patio has new outdoor furniture including, dining table, chair recliners, sectional sofa, a large umbrella and a Weber professional gas grill.
🐶 Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. The dog can also be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park 1 mile away, perfect for dogs.
Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in. Please review our pet rules.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Do not sneak in your dog.

🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

The neighborhood is called Doctor Phillips and other than being affluent and very quite, it is also known as the home of Bay Hill, one of golf's greatest legends, and one of the finest golf’s course in the world.
Doctor Philips is the center of everything, and it is 5 min drive from local restaurants and bars such as , Ruth Chris, Season 52, Mortons , Moon Fish, Roccos tacos, Roys, Eddie V's and many more; all these located in the famous orlando restaurant row
You have a designated parking space for a max of 2 vehicles
✨ Extra things to know:
- The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is also rented.
- Our pool may be heated by request and the per day fee is $25 x the number of days of your stay (minimum of 3 days) This is completely optional. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option.
- Weber gas grill fee is $45 for the entire stay.
- This house has a limit of 2 car parking space in the driveway
- Garage is not available.
- We have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- Patio Umbrellas must not be left opened and unattended. Guests must close umbrellas after each use. It can get very windy in Orlando; therefore, any damages to umbrellas due to negligence will be charged to guests.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of ANY kind
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
- We provide linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising.
- Pool: To avoid injury, no bombing or running in the pool area. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
PETS:
1. Please walk your dog regularly to avoid any mishaps inside the house and the pool area.
2. Dogs must stay away from beds and sofas to avoid potential stains, pee and hair
3. Dogs are very territorial in new homes please keep an eye on them specially the first day as they may pee on the sofas, beds and walls.
4. Our backyard and pool area attracts lots families with children. They play and run in the grass. Please make sure to avoid any droppings in the backyard.
