Solterra Resort, one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando area, boasts a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, kitchen, day spa, and resort-style swimming pool. The community is designed with families in mind, featuring child-friendly areas and multiple sports courts. The fully operational clubhouse and entertainment spots provide endless fun for the entire family.
Located in the exclusive Davenport area, Solterra Resort offers easy access to major Florida highways, including I-4 and US 192. Guests can explore nearby shopping malls, restaurants, nature trails, conservation areas, and various entertainment options. The world-famous theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are just minutes away.
The villa itself is luxuriously decorated with a blend of modern and contemporary chic design elements, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room, all overlooking a sunny private pool and spa in a screened patio with a lake view. After a fun-filled day, guests can relax and enjoy a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV.
The first floor includes a master bedroom with a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom also featuring a KingSize bed. The garage has been converted into a game room complete with a movie area, Foosball table, air hockey table, and pool table.
On the second floor, guests will find five more beautifully themed bedrooms. The Mickey-themed bedroom has two TwinSize beds, while the Finding Nemo-themed bedroom also features two TwinSize beds. Another master bedroom boasts a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include one with a QueenSize bed and another with two FullSize beds.

* To access Solterra Resort amenities, there is a fee payable directly at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more. This is a one-time fee for your entire stay.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack 'n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we'll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you'll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we'll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
