Located in Tuscan Ridge in Davenport, this 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house is like a model home and includes beautiful furniture and ample space for any family stay. The master bedroom is on the first floor and all other bedroom are upstairs. Upon immediate entry there is a cloakroom with basin and WC and then stairs to the upper level. There are two large seating areas in this house, the first has dark brown leather 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, 40” flatscreen, DVD player and patio doors to pool area, the second has red leather 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, 40” flatscreen, DVD player and also has patio doors to pool area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, large closet, patio doors to the pool area and en-suite bathroom with twin basins, oval jacuzzi tub, separate shower cubicle and WC. The dining area seats 8 and there is a fully fitted kitchen with ample cabinetry, electric oven/hob, microwave, double sink with disposal unit, dishwasher and large American style fridge and freezer with water/ice dispenser, as well as a breakfast nook seating 4. The three sets of sliding doors will lead you to the screened in pool area with beautiful palm trees and a private backyard as there are no rear neighbors. The deck area is L-shaped and very spacious and there is a patio table that seats 4-6 and 2 chair/footstool type loungers. Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large closet, flatscreen TV and also an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC and single basin. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed, closet and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, flatscreen TV and double closet and bedroom 5 has bunk beds with a single on top and a double at the bottom, a double closet and flatscreen TV. All this in a very desired community minutes from Disney, Golf, shopping and I-4.
