Quiet neighborhood, you won't have a problem with outside noises. You are close to everything and have easy access, to theme parks like Universal and Disney 20-30 min, UCF 15 min and Downtown 15 min.
This is the perfect place for relaxing with family and friends. The property is newly renovated and decorated with a warm and modern vibe.
The outdoor area has a fully fenced backyard that features an outdoor pool with 2 separate patio areas, indoor seating for the family, and outdoor dining with a propane gas BBQ Grill, all within a spacious backyard for the entire family.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Due to allergies & cleaning standards, we don't allow pets.

Additionally, cooking pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, shot glasses, silverware, blender, toaster, baking pans, and baking mixer are also available in the kitchen.
