Our WiFi is lightning fast, providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and work from home guests.
Our private backyard is one of the main attractions that includes an outdoor dining area with a beautifully enclosed, massive pool with lounge chairs, patio with outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. We have recently fenced in our pool with child proof gates. This is the perfect place to come relax and unwind after a long day at the parks.

The kitchen includes all appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster and dishwasher. The home also has an in unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
Baby on board? We offer complimentary Pack and Play and high chair.
Have a pet? We are dog friendly. Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your dog. Please review our pet rules.
The dog can be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk.
I encourage you to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and look at maps before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate which are not ideal. These cities are far from everything, but feel free to stay there if you enjoy driving.

Checkout: please remove all sheets from bed and place towels in a pile in bathroom or laundry room. If, upon inspection, anything is broken, missing, damaged or torn, the guest will be held liable unless the host receives notice of any damage from guest on the first day of check in.
🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

Doctor Phillips is an affluent and very quiet neighborhood—it is also known as the home of Bay Hill, one of golf's greatest legends, and secures one of the finest golf courses in the world.
What’s around? Doctor Philips is the center of everything and it is 5 min drive from local restaurants and bars such as Ruth Chris, Season 52, Morton's , Moon Fish, Rocco's Tacos, Roy's, Eddie V's and many many more; all these are located on Orlando’s famous “restaurant row”.

- The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is also rented.
- This house has a limit of 3 car parking space in the driveway
- Garage is not available.
- We have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of ANY kind
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 4 cars allowed.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising.
- Pool: To avoid injury, no bombing or running in the pool area. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
Pet rules:
- Please walk your dog regularly to avoid any mishaps inside the house.
- Dogs must stay away from beds and sofas to avoid potential stains, pee and hair.
- Dogs are very territorial in new homes, please keep an eye on them specially the first day as they may pee on the sofas, beds and walls.
