Welcome to Soaring Eagle by Shine Villas at Eagle Point In Orlando, near to Disney World and the Surrounding Parks!
This home, built in 2001 is a great base for guests looking for a value home with swimming pool.
The home is fairly presented, but not brand new, if guests are looking for a newly furnished and decorated home we will be happy to help offer our suggestions.
We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Selfie ID is required to rent this home.
Special Features of this home include:

All Bedrooms have TVs with local Antenna TV service available. The Master Bedroom Has a large TV with Cable Service and the large living area TV also has cable service.
BEDROOMS.
1. “Love Life, Pool View”. Master King Bed Suite pool views. Private bathroom with large walk-in shower, oversize garden tub and walk in closet. Room also has direct Private Access to Pool Deck. Sleeps 2.
2. “Twin Time”. Twin bedroom with 2 x Twin / Single Beds. Sleeps 2.
3. “Queen Flamingo”. Queen Bed. Sleeps 2.
4. “Double Trouble”. Full Size / Standard Double Bed. Sleeps 2.
All towels and bed linens are provided
You will find the pool clean and ready to swim. The pool is serviced weekly and in between it is entirely normal for sand and particularly after rain or storms, some light debris to get into this outdoor pool. The pool screen area helps minimize this but with the benefit of trees and shaded areas, you will find the screen has pine needles resting outside on top as seen in the photos. The pool deck is planned to be re-painted during 2023 so please also bear this in mind.
LIVING AREA
When you enter the home, you are drawn in through the kitchen and dining areas (there are two tables to dine at) the peaceful Sitting Room leading to the pool area with nice views out to the pool.
GAMES AREA
The Games area in the garage is not air conditions but features a Pool Table, a ping pong table and a foosball table for family fun!
LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
POOL Area
Loved by all is the outdoor living space. Relax on the 2 sun loungers or large patio chairs and enjoy al fresco dining.
For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced, safe and clean grill to you with a full tank of propane. Please contact us to confirm the current size options.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial startup of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within a couple of miles.
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

Pets Considered
We love animals! Pets are CONSIDERED (please contact us before booking for confirmation if you are intending to bring a pet) - Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $125 per animal (under 30LBs for stays of less than 14 nights. You must contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
We may also charge a refundable security deposit of $350 for guests who will be bringing pets. It will be refunded back to you the soonest we can confirm that no damages or unreasonable additional cleaning were incurred during or required after your stay.
UPON BOOKING, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
- Identification in the form of Driver’s License or similar
- ID selfie
- The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
- Signed rental agreement
All these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund. This process is to protect guests and our homeowners.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and required an agreement that no parties or ‘gatherings’ are permitted at this home.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
