Bright and spacious villa, tastefully decorated and recently upgraded and is located in the community of Bridgewater at Town Center.There is a King and Queen master bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV and one has patio doors to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and bedroom 4 has twin beds, both have a Disney theme. The main living area is open plan with a dining table, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge area with comfortable sofas, large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool area. The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table, air hockey table and basketball game.
Outside there is a fully screened in pool and spa and surrounding this there are privacy fences. All properties surrounding the villa are single level, so there are no overlooking windows to the pool which ensures total privacy. The large patio deck has four sun loungers for lazing in the Florida sunshine and there is a patio table for al fresco dining.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home is electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
