Continue through to the open-concept layout where the formal dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite counters, and everything you need to cook for the whole family.
The kitchen flows into a bright and airy living room with plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to the covered lanai and screened-in pool area, complete with outdoor dining furniture and a spa overlooking the serene lake.
The first floor also includes a luxurious king master suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and pool views, as well as an additional front-facing bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two more king suites—each with a private bathroom—along with a queen suite with its own bathroom, two additional themed bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and one with twin beds), and a shared bathroom. A secondary sitting area on the landing provides more space for relaxation, and there’s a convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
