- Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.- It is not allowed to park in the green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.
- Domestic garbage should be taken to the containers located in the surroundings.
- You can't leave trash on the porch, courtyard or sidewalk, the community applies fines.
The association doesn't provide garbage collection service, you must deliver your regular garbage to the garbage compactor located near the house.
- The bed linen and towels must be in the same conditions with which you received them. Any damage to these will be added to your account.
