At the heart of the home is a bright double height living area looking out to the pool. With the sectional sofa and large screen smart TV including cable services, relax together in the evening with the glowing built-in fireplace.
The kitchen has been updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area with patio doors to outside, or formal dining space to enjoy a meal together.
There are two bedrooms downstairs. The first master bedroom includes a kingsize bed, large ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate tub and shower, plus walk-in wardrobe. The other bedroom downstairs offers a sophisticated queen room.
Upstairs, the second master bedroom also boasts a kingsize bed. There are two further rooms each with two twin beds that the children will love. One themed for princesses and the other for Marvel action heroes.
The spacious outdoor pool deck back on to conservation and faces south to enjoy the Florida sunshine in your own private oasis. There is a covered shady area with table and chairs, as well as loungers to relax. Spend a whole day around the sparkling pool splashing around and then sink into the hot tub as the sun goes down.
