Welcome to this full air-conditioned 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home located in the wonderful resort community of Terra Verde.
Our house is fully equipped to provide the best vacation experience to your family!
Laminated floors were installed on all three bedrooms.
There are no fans installed on this house.
The space
Located on the desired Gated community Terra Verde Resort with clubhouse, Sundry shop and Fitness center.
Large communal pool, games area, Movie theater, cyber cafe, children's playground, Volleyball court, Tennis court and Sunning Beach.
Featuring on the ground floor, the contemporary modern lounge area is furnished with an oversized, comfortable sofa and TV for a movie night or a family gathering.
The adjacent dining area is stylishly furnished with dark wood, table and chairs, and some blue details. This area overlooks the deck area featuring a very modern patio table and chairs; perfect for al fresco dining!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, all pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, and plastic ware for the pool area is also provided.
Full laundry area with washer, dryer, iron, and board, all linens, towels, and pool towels.
On the second floor is the vibrant & sophisticated master suite with Queen size bed, 42" Smart TV, and en suite bathroom which features a shower, vanity, and toilet.
The classically decorated second bedroom features a Queen sized bed with a 32" Flat screen HDTV.
The third bedroom is tastefully furnished with a bunk bed (full size on the bottom and twin on the top) and features a 32" Flat screen HDTV.
These bedrooms share the family bathroom with a bath/shower, vanity, and toilet.
All linens and towels are provided for your use.
Guest access
The Community: You will have full access to the community and all its amenities. Feel free to enjoy the pool and have a fresh cocktail, or join the residents on a Wednesday for a movie night in the clubhouse. There is a nice arcade for the kids and a gym for those who are willing to keep the good shape during vacation.
The House: You will have free access to the WiFi inside the house and a telephone.
All the clean sheets, towels, plates, cutlery are there for you! There are two parking lots in front of the house you can use.
