Nestled in the secure gated community of Solterra close to Championsgate amenities and Interstate 4, just 20 minutes drive from Disney parks and 25 minutes drive to Universal Studios.
The space
Our luxurious and spacious single storey villa is located at the prestigious resort of Solterra; an exclusive gated community in Davenport. This wonderful location is within 5 minutes drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities. Posner Park is only 10 minutes away with additional restaurants, supermarkets, shopping facilities and an IMAX cinema!

* 5 spacious bedrooms comprising: > 3 master en-suites with the king suite having direct access to the pool area > 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom and a pull out sofa bed in the retreat. The home has one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.
* Direct access to bathroom from pool area through an external side door (no need to soak the bedroom floor!)
* Sleeps maximum of 12 people
* 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have spacious double showers. Property also has a bath. Hair dryers as standard
* Superbly appointed kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker as well as microwave, full cooker/oven, dishwasher and coffee machine
* Flat screen cable TV in every bedroom
* 55" flat screen cable TV with DVD in the lounge
* A separate retreat with a 50" cable TV for a second family or where the children can "hang out" away from the "grown ups"!

* Our luxury pool (30' x 15') with full lanai has an extended deck for everyone to enjoy and has views over conservation land and no rear neighbours! It is also protected with a pool safety fence for any parties with young children

* Beautiful 30' by 15' pool with an extended deck area a dining table and six chairs, 7 loungers (includes child safety fencing to ensure little ones don’t wander into the pool area alone!)

* The Solterra resort clubhouse is only a 5 minute stroll away but has so many attractions to tempt you:
An amazing resort style pool with additional beach style sloped entry to the pool for toddlers. Individual cabanas for families and friends to enjoy some privacy. A fantastic water slide for older children (of any age!) . Two club house lounges (one indoor, one outdoor). A fully equipped gym.Organised activities on Thursdays and Sundays.Two full sized tennis courts. Outdoor children's play area.

Our home is literally only 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 (I4 as it is known) and 20 minutes from Disney

* Universal studios are only 25 minutes away
* The beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast area are approximately an hour’s drive either direction. Experience day trips to Clearwater or Cocoa Beach.
* Cape Canaveral is a world of scientific wonder and only just over an hour’s journey by car from our villa
* Take an airboat ride on the Everglades National Park for a really different adventure
* Over 20 golf courses within 10 minutes drive
Guest access - The Entire Home
The Solterra resort clubhouse is only a 5 minute stroll away but has so many attractions to tempt you: an amazing resort style pool with additional beach style sloped entry to the pool for toddlers. individual cabanas for families and friends to enjoy some privacy. A fantastic water slide for older children (of any age!). two club house lounges (one indoor, one outdoor). a fully equipped gym. organised activities on Thursdays and Sundays. two full sized tennis courts. outdoor children's play area. There is a $35 charge per stay for these facilities, this is made to the clubhouse upon arrival should you wish to use the facilities.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
