This beautiful four bedroom villa is perfectly positioned in a gated community with views over the lake.
Only a 15 minute drive to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios.
This property is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants.
It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and Higway192 where there are many shops.
The outlet malls are also very close if you are looking for some designer bargains.
If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coach beaches can be reached in just over an hour.
Maybe a visit to Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool.
There is also a large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
