This gated community is perfect for your family & friends to create amazing memories! The home has a first floor bedroom (king) & a very PRIVATE LAKEFRONT pool (that can be heated at a reasonable fee). The resort is very lively.... has TONS AND TONS of amenities including a Mickey shaped pool, lazy river, tiki bar, slides, &kayaking.
You are sure to enjoy your ultimate dream vacation! 5miles-Disney, 14 miles-Universal Studios. We provide all basic essentials, too!
*If you have pets, we can host up to 2 dogs (additional nightly rate applies).
The two story townhome has themed rooms with twin beds, and also king beds. We provide pool towels and bath towels for everyone, + shampoo/conditioner/soaps for a comfortable stay with less errands :)

The kitchen has everything you will need for light meals or large meals, including many serving bowls and all the utensils that you might need! Including blender, toaster, etc.
Dining areas are inside AND outside (with outdoor string lighting on a night timer) There are also high end, comfortable pool lounge chairs pool side :) The resort also has TONS of options to hang out... including calm hammock area or lively pool and tiki hut amenities.
This awesome house has a pool and outdoor furniture for you to rest in an ideal area to relax and have fun.
Heating of the pool is available for $35/day and must be for the entire length of your stay! We ask for at least 2 days notice for payment and processing but can also accommodate last minute requests as needed!
You will like this place! There is a very quiet fire pit around the corner with lots of seating and open green space (you will see it on your drive in) if you'd like to relax semi-privately as a family and also a smaller pool (you will also pass this on your way in) if you would like a quieter environment than the resort :) The community also has nice walking paths over bridges and around the lake areas.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell camera located on the front door facing out towards the entryway. This camera does not look into any interior spaces. This camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during your stay.
Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs) under 40 pounds, No aggressive breeds (or cats) for insurance purposes. Pet fee is $30 per day, per pet.
