GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
- Trash is removed by HOA at 10 am daily
- Please place tied garbage bag completely inside trunk at the entrance of the house
- Garbage cannot be spilled or left outside the trunk which will result in a fine that will be directly billed to the guests by us.
- Make sure that the trunk must be closed completely
- Suggestion is to place garbage bag in the trunk the day of the garbage collection prior to 10 am in the morning to avoid attracting animals fishing in the garbage at nights.
- You can dispose extra garbage or garbage at various times in the dumpster located in the community within walking distance
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-Early check in / Late Check out is $100 depending on availability. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn and therefore it is often difficult for us to make these accommodations but we will try our best if possible
-Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hour

These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time
-We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors.
