Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with twin bed and 1 bedroom with a queen bed share on the bathroom (bathtub), 1 huge bedroom with a king and an ensuite bathroom. This great vacation home is located close to the parks (17-19 min drive), to the nearest stores (Walmart and Publix are about 5 min drive only). The owner has put a lot of energy in decorating her home with the satisfaction of her guests in mind. Don't wait longer, it could be gone anytime. ? What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
?? Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
